5

Free
Paper trading on all algorithms forever. No live trading. No platform fees.
Basic
Live trading access: Conservative category algorithms. Standard support. Tier 1 referral.
Advanced
Live trading: Conservative + Balanced algorithms. Optimized execution. Priority support. 1 extra account. Tier 2 referral.
Pro
Live trading: All categories + 4-week early access. Maximum execution priority. 2 extra accounts. VIP support + Dedicated manager. Tier 3 referral.

Plan access is determined by the algorithm category the User subscribes to. Plan upgrades and downgrades take effect from the next billing cycle. The Platform reserves the right to modify plan structures with reasonable notice.

6

Platform Fee Methodology

๐Ÿ’ฐ
This section constitutes full disclosure of the Platform's fee calculation methodology as required under applicable SaaS service terms. The fee is a technology platform service fee โ€” not a performance fee, profit share, or AUM fee.

Step 1 โ€” Determine Capital Deployed:

Capital Deployed = lots_value ร— investment_per_lot

Where lots_value is the number of lots chosen by the User at subscription time, and investment_per_lot is a per-algorithm figure set by the Platform admin (reviewed periodically as underlying asset prices change).

Step 2 โ€” Determine Fee Rate by Algorithm Risk Category:

Conservative (0%โ€“8% Max DD)
1.10% of Capital Deployed per month
Balanced (8%โ€“15% Max DD)
1.66% of Capital Deployed per month
Aggressive (15%โ€“22% Max DD)
2.66% of Capital Deployed per month
Ultra Aggressive (22%โ€“30% Max DD)
3.50% of Capital Deployed per month
Speculative (30%+ Max DD)
4.50% of Capital Deployed per month

Step 3 โ€” Calculate Monthly Fee:

Monthly Fee = Capital Deployed ร— Category Rate

Step 4 โ€” Check Billing Conditions: The fee is charged only if both conditions are simultaneously true on the last day of the calendar month:

  • โ—Condition A: The User's gross trading P&L for that algorithm in the current calendar month is greater than zero (profitable month).
  • โ—Condition B: The User's cumulative gross trading P&L for that algorithm exceeds their current High Water Mark.

If either condition is false, the Platform Service Fee for that algorithm for that month is โ‚น0.00. No exceptions, no partial charges.

Step 5 โ€” Proration for Partial Months:

Prorated Fee = Full Monthly Fee ร— (days_active รท days_in_month)

Proration applies when a User subscribes or unsubscribes mid-month. Days are counted from subscription activation date to unsubscription date or month end, whichever comes first.

Example (for illustration only): User subscribes to a Conservative algorithm with 50 lots and investment_per_lot of โ‚น1,700. Capital Deployed = 50 ร— โ‚น1,700 = โ‚น85,000. Monthly fee if conditions met = โ‚น85,000 ร— 1.10% = โ‚น935.00 + 18% GST = โ‚น1,102.30 total.

7

High Water Mark (HWM) Protection

Each algorithm subscription independently tracks a High Water Mark (HWM) per User:

  • โ—HWM is calculated from cumulative gross trading P&L recorded in the Platform's trades table.
  • โ—HWM only ever moves upward โ€” it is never reduced, not even in loss months.
  • โ—If a loss month occurs, the HWM remains at its previous peak.
  • โ—All subsequent losses must be fully recovered before the HWM can advance and fees resume.
  • โ—Each algorithm tracks its own HWM independently โ€” a drawdown in one algorithm does not affect another.
  • โ—P&L for HWM calculation is gross trading P&L only. Platform fees are not deducted from the HWM calculation.

The HWM mechanism ensures that the User never pays a Platform Service Fee for recovering previously lost capital โ€” only for generating genuinely new profits above the previous peak.

8

Billing Cycle & Invoicing

  • โ—Billing runs on the last calendar day of each month at 11:00 PM IST.
  • โ—Fees are automatically debited from the User's STI Wallet balance.
  • โ—A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated for every billing event (including โ‚น0 months).
  • โ—Invoice number format: STI/YYYY-YY/NNNNN (sequential, unique).
  • โ—PDF invoices are available for download from the Wallet tab in the Platform.
  • โ—If wallet balance is insufficient at billing time, live trading is paused until topped up.
  • โ—Users receive a Telegram notification if wallet balance falls below 2ร— estimated monthly fee.
9

GST & Tax Obligations

The Platform is not responsible for exchange failures, API disruptions, third-party platform issues, or unauthorised access caused by User negligence.

15

API Security Notice

๐Ÿ”
Critical: Users must ensure that API withdrawal permissions remain permanently disabled. SmartTradersIndia will never require withdrawal-enabled API access. If you receive any communication requesting withdrawal permissions, treat it as fraudulent.

PART D โ€” PLATFORM & FINANCIAL DISCLAIMERS

  • โ—All trading balances remain in the User's own Delta Exchange account.
  • โ—The Platform has no ability to withdraw funds from User exchange accounts.
  • โ—The STI Wallet holds only Platform service fee balance โ€” not trading capital.
